It's a decent song, imo, but it's elevated by the simple fact that it's another one of Prince's gender-bending song titles, like Jack U Off and If I Was Your Girlfriend. I love when Prince challenges mindsets about gender and sexuality. And then there's the fact that it's the b-side to a Batman song.

I love this song.

But, I have to admit: When I first read the title on the back of the cd box, I thought it was his 'coming out' song.

It's a great song but the analogy always makes me cringe a little. Surgery and love making don't belong in the same sentence!
