Purple is royalty. A mysterious color.. purple is associated with both nobility and spirituality. The opposites of hot red and cool blue combine to create this intriguing color.

Purple is an old 70s thing really from the 60s.
LCD, PCP - many bands referred to purple haze, there was the band deep purple. Jimmys usage of purple, i think it was just an influence (no pun intended) that eventually lead to purple rain - afterall what do you all think purple rain is? yeah sure theres all the king stuff but i think it all came about accidentally and prince knows a good marketing ploy when he falls into one! since then purple has become his. walk with crooked shoes www.myspace/syblepurplelishous | |

That's cool, yeah! I think it might have had something to do with Jimi Hendrix. It's a fact that he described his music in terms of colors.
