Maybe if he had a party, $7/or whatever one might like to contribute to get in, and the proceeds would go to a charity. We could dance til dawn! He could stay in LA if he likes (not that we would like ), and at least we could dance the night away.
It's been a several years - he can up the price to $20!!
I like the charity idea; but charity or not, I'd still pay to dance with or without  him there. | |

I need to be in Los Angeles every weekend to attend Prince's parties. I may not be a star, but I will find someone that's going and kiss some serious ass  to get on that invite with him or her.
The 2008 L.A. weekend gigs sounds like Prince is reliving the Summer of 1995. I drove from Chicago to Chanhassen every weekend to see Prince for "free" or $7 (that's what he charged us). 419 miles from my front door to Prince's front door (Paisley Park). Those times were priceless. | |

If we hear nothing about Prince its "when's Prince gonna do somethin," "why hasn't prince done something..."
If we hear about something he's done like have a party, its "Prince is bragging," "how dare he...." So, I'm sure we'd all like to get an invitation to one of his parties, I know I would...but I also know that I'm not invited to other parties....even those organized by people who live on my street.... Sorry, but I can't be mad at him for doing his thing, why shouldn't he? | |
