Little Red Corvette Meaning On The Hits CD it says that LRC was writtin about riding in Wendy or Lisa's corvette. It was red and he'd fall asleep in it. I was watvhing VH1 favourite 80s songs and they were saying it was about the woman's puh-C. Working up a purple sweat. | |

It was actually written in Lisa's pink (I think) Edsel. It's actually about a girl's love button I always thought, but the vagina in general still makes sense. Maybe we can go to the movies and cry together | |

The video, 4 "Little Red Corvette." to me, is one of the best video'z of all time...When You think of a musician busting onto the scene to change the world, for the better...That song and video, was like knocking on a heart's door...and those of us that were around before that, knew then...that Prince would take the world on, and soar the heights of success with beautiful music.
