Been Limited to One Song! Gotten involved in a CD distribution club...stipulation is that there is only one song per artist allowed. Also, no hits or top 40 are allowed...so...
What should my Prince contribution be??? Right now, I'm thinking either Days of Wild, I Wish U Heaven (parts 1,2 & 3) or Violet The OrganGrinder... Damn this little MF...got too many great songs. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |

I know other clubs that charge one price ( and yes some Prince songs) and you get unlimited songs by one artist(s) say ((cents for each song! I wont suggest a song sorry but I do suggest that you get out of that kind of club and for the better. You can take my advice or leave it that is up to you . We're trying to expand our horizons, and I'm trying to find a Prince song which will blow everyone out of the water...hmm Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. You should look at your co-workers. Work from your potential targets. Are they young? Then no 80s material. Do they like upbeat or guitar or melancholy? If it's a big and diverse bunch, put a prince song in that works the best for your compilation. I would say that prince is a bitch trying to work in a compilation set... maybe a 80s/elektro funk compilation works for him.
