After buying my cheap 3DVD set, I watched Under the Cheery Moon again, and I don't know why people hate on it, Its actually quite good. Prince and Jerome are hilarious and almost come across as a gay couple, but the lines like "Cabbage Head" and you bitch are quite funny. As is the sex scene, where tricky throws a pebble at him and Prince on top of Mary goes "hey baby I ain't into all that". Seriously the movie has aged well. Even Jerome is delightfully camp "Lets spend it" "Im'a slap the curls offa yo face". I would easily give it a 6 or 7 out of 10. Does anyone else secretly like it.

One of the most charming parts of the film is where Jerome is pouring petals in the tub while Prince plays with wars the ducky and other bath tub toys ...what a great film. I also love the part where Jerome keeps sending napkin messages while homegurl smokes her upscale square and sucks on her drink as he seduces her with the keys...classic 4 sho

Love it or hate it, you have to admit that Prince deserves an Academy Award for parking that big-ass car in that teeny-weeny parking space during 'Christopher Tracy's Parade'...

Thank God for the DVD where would we be with out u. My version also has videos for Kiss, Girls and Boys, Anotherloverholenyohead and Mountains and the trailer on the UTCM disc.

Its so worth the $6 US cover price (approx)

I haven't seen it for a long time...I owned it for 10 years, and it was a movie, that I parted with. Sometimes, ya just can't keep a record store and a video store in your house.
