you dreamed it honey.
and u know what..the guy is only human..give him a break. everything he does or has done in his life does not have to be scrutinized or dissected and put all over the net. Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews. | |

Parade tour, Mutiny. The band stops playing whilst Eric solos and the 'Dance Security' sing "Vogue, all the way vogue." Prince stands back to back with Eric, but Prince is looking over his shoulder, shaking his head and grinning as Eric solos. Prince's look is like 'that's so damn funky I can't believe it!' Eventually, Prince walks to the centre of the stage, when he gets the mike, he says "Eric, shut the f**k up, c'mon" and the band kick back in with Mutiny.
This was on the broadcast version of the birthday tour, filmed in Detroit. It's also the concert they lifted the Anotherloverholenyohead video from. [Edited 6/12/08 11:43am] | |

You are correct sir. I laughed once I read this thread becuase I was at his Birthday Concert at Cobo in Detroit!
My very first Prince Concert and it changed me forever!  He gave us light 2 rule the day,
And another light 2 rule the night! | |

My very first Prince Concert and it changed me forever! The Parade tour was my first Prince concert, but in London. I was initially a bit reluctant to go, as I was afraid he might disappoint in the flesh & shatter my illusions. Boy was I wrong. Last year's O2 gigs are just as hot as ever, though the audience has probably mellowed somewhat. | |
