i wasnt sure this was real when i first watched it but sure as hell looks like him at the end. Black and white? Ive never seen prince sit and play guitar have you?

Is this the same one you sent to me Syble? For the tears in your eyes - accoustic? It's definitely him, with Wendy and Lisa!! Must have done it especially for Live Aid, instead of going along and singing with everyone else!

The track for live aid was '4 the tears in ur eyes'. He submited the song and video because he didn't want to part of the 'We are the world' project.


The video was played as part of Live Aid to cover Prince's absence.


Prince refers to the project in the opening lines of 'HELLO!' when he says,


"I tried to tell them that I didn't want to sing, but I'd gladly write a song instead....."

I didnt mean rare as in no-one else here had not seen it, I meant rare as in it wasnt released as an actual video. Id never seen it so I wondered if it was real.

Yes you are right, but its the we are the world project that was before it that it is more relavent too.

It was his choice to not be part of the group line-up that prompted the opening lines of the track - and then his inclusion of the "4 the tears in your eyes video for live aid in July.
