"Wow!" on WinMX...

My questions about the song "Wow!" (which is labelled as being by P) are:

1) Is this a valid song by him?
2) If so, is it him on the accompanying vocals?
3) Who is the female on vocals?

Maybe if I had DMSR, I could possibly track down it's genuine nature.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the DMSR book does not mention the song 'Wow' anywhere.
Which is not surprising since DMSR chronicles events up to and as far as early 'Lovesexy' era, a good four years before Prince got involved with the 'I'll Do Anything' project.

There are 2 versions from the 92' 'I'll do anything sessions'. One is up tempo, with bongos, a lot of keyboards and bass. The other is slowed down a lot, and mainly drums, piano and base. Both with others on vocals, and both lasting around 1:28.

Thx, all for the responses and info. Looks like I have the slower version, which sounds pretty slick. Good point on the DMSR issue, giotto. Makes sense why it wouldn't be in the boook.
