Loved that they showed Shelia's "Sex Cymbal", "Sister Fate" and "Koo Koo" vids. Never saw the "Cymbal" vid before. Shelia's getting down hard at the end of the video. Never saw her move like that before.
And I forgot how funky "Koo Koo" was. Shelia looked even finer with her granny glasses on. Also nice to see the full versions of "Jerk Out" and "Crazay". | |

i was watching the "live soul" edition this morning and it was slightly different from yesterday ..they shoed anotherloverholenyohead, icnttpoym instead of the alphabet st video from tokyo man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 | |

I've been watching Vh1 soul all day today. He may not have many hits these days or sell as much music, but Vh1 soul just goes to show Prince is definately an important part of music history.Big props to Vh1 soul for honoring an underated legend. | |

Ok...I know Vanity and Appolonia were terrible singers but it was so good hearing "Under The Inlfuence" by Vanity...I freeked out. She looked to' up in that video though  Appolonia's song sucked major majorly but I still love her! I think Jill Jones song was cute but her voice was so weird. And "Holly Rock" and "Sister Fate" love Sheila E all over again  I kept rewinding the "Sister Fate" video on my DVR  &  | |
