Shep Pettibone is a hero of mine (as Prince once was, circa 1981-1988).

Prince is NOT Shep Pettibone. Shep did remix "Hot Thing" and "Glam Slam" - that's where the similarities end.

yes it was at the gates of Paisley Park...
she told me of all these stories about "behind the scenes"
she said her name was mother mary

she told me that she use to know prince when he was a kid and she was a teacher or something at this all girl school and he would come there in the winter with no coat and no shoes... i might be paraprashing.. she said that she was there at the gates to tell prince she was sent there to help him with a certain situation.
i kinda figured she was there to assist him with my presence.
i was there regarding "777"
she took me to eat... i hadn't eating much in like a week and she said i look hungry and took me to this restaurant. she said that she was his angel and when he was a kid she was there to protect him. i know it all sounds crazy but sometimes in the moment you "just go crazy" and u can understand everything thats being said to you... and you don't question it because it all makes since. in comparison to everything else going on you know.
she said that he is very .... psycik (my spelling is bad i know).

we must have looked pretty crazy being there at that time or very magical depending on how you look at it.
