You might be a fam if...
....you hear one note of a song and instantly know it's Prince. You might be a fam if... ....you watched Purple Rain and think it's the greatest movie ever made and watched it repeatedly for a month straight, non-stop, in a blizzard, going uphill both ways. You might be a fam if... ....when you watch Purple Rain you keep rewinding it just to see the scene where Prince humps the stage. You might be a fam if... ....you defend men wearing make up, high heels, and a bustier before 9 am. You might be a fam if... ....you have every album that Prince has ever put out... ....in triplicate. (Have to keep at least 2 copies in the original packaging because they are going to be worth a fortune one day.) You might be a fam if... ....you've named your son Nate because it's a boy. You might be a fam if... ....you have the symbol tatooed somewhere taboo. You might be a fam if... ....you painted your bedroom purple ....and your car ....and your house ....and your dog ....and your spouse ....and your kids ....etc. You might be a fam if... ....you don't refer to prince.org as prince.org but rather as the .org. You might be a fam if... ....you check the org more than 10 times an hour. You might be a fam if... ....you know every line to every song Prince has ever sang. .... | |
