What Happened to the P Bday Donation Idea? syble
For Princes Birthday - a contribution? http://www.elevatehope.or...rtists.php Just thought this may be something we should do or consider instead of thinking of ourselves for a change. A wonderful site, it takes time to look all the way through and read peoples stories, a fab glossary of MMPLS sound and a way to send a present to Prince that means something? just a thought. Celebrity Charities list the following charities as those supported by Prince: City of Hope Edith Couey Memorial Scholarship Trust Fund Elevate Hope Foundation H.A.L.O. Jazz Foundation of America The Bridge Urban Farming Other supporters of the same charities Britney Spears Carlos Santana Carmen Electra Chris Rock Danny Glover Denzel Washington Don Most Faith Hill Florence Henderson Holly Robinson-Peete Jon Bon Jovi Keanu Reeves Lenny Kravitz Mariah Carey Sheryl Crow Personally, I like the concept of Urban Farming. Could we as a group donate seeds (not expensive to purchase or mail)? One of the needs listed on the site's http://www.urbanfarming.org/ wish list is: Organic seeds, vegetables, edible flowers, herbs and flowers. If anyone's interested, I'd be willing to organize it.
