There's a Reason why Any1 who has ever truly Known Him, gets as far away from Him as Possible...eventually. With all the Terrible, and Much More Important things going on in the World, it really makes U Wonder why He'd bother coming on Here, to Start a Bait Thread like this One... Notice the Huge Vacant Space Left when Asked to Define Love? He Doesnt Really Know What It Is. He's Afraid Of It. I hate to comment on someone's opinion because at the end of the day these are all just opinions, but how did you draw these conclusions? Prince is by far no saint. However, I doubt that there is one among us. He has had troubled relationships, like many people have had at some time or another in their lives. Sometimes we hurt people without even knowing it because malice was not in our hearts and it was not our intent to bring pain or sorrow to another. Unfortunately sometimes it happens that way when people are not on the same page. Yet, Prince has maintained some longtime relationships, which is commendable for someone who has achieved his level of success in the industry that he is in. As we age most of us have fewer friends with each new chapter of our lives that we enter. I just don't think it is fair or accurate to say that Prince has taken more than he has given in his relationships, especially if you have not had a longtime personal or intimate relationship with him. There are several people who have benefitted greatly from their relationships with Prince, that cannot be denied. There are also some who have not. That's just life. However, I don't fashion him the ogre that some people do. Even Mavis Staples, who has actually had a personal relationship with him said that he is a good person. So is he flawed, yes but who isn't? perfection is a fallacy of the imagination... | |

I was looking through boxes for one of my favorite attempts at Love's definition...and it goes on and on...I remember the beginning..., The author writes...Love is always there, never uncertain...and then it begins a humorous twist of...Love being better to be in than a holding pattern over some city...etc. When a collective mind is studying itself...It must naturally feel anguish for the chaos, that was set in place for an example of what not to be...so that we could find, what to be. Although it is often painful, to see how GOD would hurt himself, or withhold love from himself, because of a hurt avenue, It is a perfect plan, in the Omnipotent mind. To make a mess...To clean it up. In that process we regrow...and Nobody should feel so alone, because He is lonely, She is lonely....It is in our selfishness that we do not see past our own condition at times...and guess what...I'm waiting...to be away from that lonliness, because, I've been there, and I'm tired of it...however...There is only one for me...and he's misplaced a purple bananna...and for some reason, it ended up over here...Want it?
