The Rainbow Children Album Lead Sheet / Fake book / Chords ?

Hi,

Are there (piano) Lead Sheets, or is there a Fake book, for The Rainbow Children album (pretty sure there isnt a Songbook) available?

Or does anyone know where to find (just the) Chord Progressions for the album/songs from the album? (... particularly Muse 2 The Pharoah / She Loves Me 4 Me / Everywhere)
