It is just a better version of the known song, not actually another mix. Some old boots just got out in shitty quality (The Ball) and no better version ever surfaced.

Databank was first a bassy affair, back in the tape era and was cut off earlier than the version now circulating, which is longer and more lcear in sound. That makes his voice and other details more audible.
