This was right before Parade was about to hit. That explains the hair, outfit and video. I know, I remember those years very well but come on, that haircut looked strange. The Parade hairdo that followed was really slick and cool but this one was...weird. Maybe he had to cut it off so drastically after that long tour and all the treatment.
