actually they r parents. They never signed a death certificate. Their child was born n October and passed a few days after. So since they never signed the certificate its as if the child is still here n spirit, not physical sense. 4 any1 that is spiritually intellect they understand. I do. Thanks 4 the post. Parents HAVE to sign a death certificate( my ex husband had to for his daughter that passed) Check with the laws that are in your state. Smurf theme song-seriously how many fucking "La Las" can u fit into a dam song
