Prince has sang about biblical stuff in many of his songs, like "And God Created Woman", "The Holy River", "Muse 2 the Pharoah" & "The Word". Well if you've read the Holy Bible passage Song of Solomon, according to that Solomon had a harem w/ like 700 women in it. MMMM baby! It also talks about Solomon being in bed w/ a "black beauty", in graphic detail.

So anywayz, do U think Prince's "If I Had a Harem" was Bible-inspired??

Not really. Solomon was not the only man in history to have a harem.

Solomon was adored by women, although the song of Solomon speaks on Him being Lovesick for his beloved.

Prince appears to have this disease ontop of boogie fever.
