Remember, my dearly beloved fellow orgers, showing your colors as a true Prince fan isn't just about wearing something "purple". Sometimes it can be about something as simple as just "fucking the taste outta someone's mouth". Here's hoping a very funkay Prince-Day to you & yours. That's a great ideal as well!! 
When I choose 2 say wear 'purple' I intended it more 4 showing prince love,but I typed 'purple' instead. Mostly just saying have something printed or airbrushed on whatever(if u don't have one)it is u want 2 sport 2 show love & respect for P's B-day. But my heart was in the right place. Now is a good time to mention, how P has dropped the ball on merchandise. Dear Prince:You HAVE a solid fan base! You don't need to advertise. No need for special graphics. Old albume covers for tees would sell in a heart beat. A simple clothing line on the internet (for most) would be no effort. The merchandise at the 3121 boutique was buyable for fans, just not available currently. The coffee cups, jewelry, thongs, tees, posters, incense, etc. How about a celebration of Prince, and his evolving over time, and tees for ALL the albume covers (including lovesexy) now available for purchase.? I guess this would have taken forethought. 
And perhaps a younger state of mind. | |
