Has prince ever really performed that song after it was released in 94 because its not one of them that ive seen him perform like let's go crazy, purple rain and others?

in the people magazine 100 most beautiful people edition there is a section about the inspiration behind the songs and it says that vanessa marcil was the inspiration for this song. is this true? i always thought it was about mayte.

This is one of his big hits that I hate. It's so sappy.

I didnt care for the released version which is different from the version on TGE but I enjoyed The Mustang Mix.

Not one of my favorites, although I like a couple of the remixes. Speaking of which, I really hated how he kept releasing different CD singles of this song with the same songs on them; it seemed like he was just trying to get fans' money for the same old stuff.
