Music teacher, now that would be something
I could picture him being a Mr. Holland (as in Mr. Holland's Opus) type. Although... you'd have to take out the Opus he writes in the end of the movie 
But he'd be a teacher greatly respected for his hard work, I'm sure. I was thinking either: He'll be a poet or he could be a clothes designer for his own label. I hear designs some of his many unique outfits. Maybe he design for the rich & famous and therefore make himself famous.
