apparently its been around a year

It got a 100% 5 star rating, and is selling for up to $77.00 and it's a BOOK. Where have I been?

I tried ordering this book almost a decade ago, when it first came out. It is more of a thesis paper than a "real" book and quite difficult to get. Needless to say, it never arrived and I quit after trying three or four times.
Some say it is great, others find it a bit too academic and boring but I still would love to have it. I will try to order it again.
