Did we pick Prince or did he pick us????? I don't understand how anyone could be upset with him especially after the way he handled things at the Tonight Show and gave everyone the VIP treatment....He loves us...I understand he's unpredictable...maybe you are all more alike than you like to believe....There's soooo much love for him on here...I'm sorry people are hurting...I'm bet he feels the same....He's not perfect....but man he's cool...we have sooo much to be thankful 4. I'm not sure what it's like to adore another talented person, I bet it's not one bit as cool as it is when you hang with Prince.....If you left here where would you go???... he gives so much of himself it seems to backfire a bit... please give him a break....he's so cool and deserves our support. At least that's my opinion.....I dig the guy.... it's a package deal.....just like with the rest of us.....

I will always support him....have for years, why would I stop now?

I've always said we're lucky!!! Problem is that we've also been spoiled, and there are too many spoiled brats that can't stop stamping their feet and screaming "I want! I want!!!!"

I'm not so blind and obsessed to notice that Prince doesn't make mistakes!

What I'm totally certain about though, is that any of the mistakes or bad decisions that have been made don't even scratch the surface of all the good points - and more importantly all the good times and memories I/We owe to him and his music!!!

It's gonna take a hell of alot more than whats gone on recently to shake me off!!!

The man is a legend!!!

I hope he continues to give for many more years to come!!!

That's exactly it! He has been! since 1978 the only years that didn't have any new albums released (according to Housequake Discography) were '83, '97, '00, and '05!!!! 4 - out of 30 years!!!!

Some of the years also had more than 1 album released and when you considered double and triple albums his album releases are easily more frequent than yearly!!!

And that's not even considering the immense amount of un-released material, and all the associated artists he produced like The Time, Jill Jones, Family, Sheila E, Madhouse, etc!!!!




The man has supersceded my expectations of a musician and even an idol to the point that I don't have any expectations of him anymore!!!!

He dosn't have anything else to prove because he has already done so many times before!!!!

I'm just glad to have been part of the ride, and that it's still not my time to get off!!!

His voice sounds so nice on there doesn't it?! and that guitar is just fantastic, and he does it all so effortlessly. I swear I almost had tears in my eyes on one part, you can feel the audience getting real quite and just listening. I SWEAR, I feel so blessed to just be living in the same time and space that he does he has got to be the greatest entertainer alive. I can't say that on the forum cause the haters will come but i swear we are blessed just to witness Prince's greatness. He'll go down in history!!
