Starfish and coffee was used for the Muppet show!!!

Good Love is very happy and bouncy.

Don't talk to Srangers is good advice.

I wish U heaven is positive and Beautiful.

Batdance is extremely fun for the kid to bounce around to - and it says Batman!!!

I sure don't want my child to sing "In a room full of harlots and fantasy" at daycare, thank you very much.

syble

my youngest did a stage show with Queens rocket man or whatever its called, (dont stop me now) I couldnt get past the meaning of the lyrics - seemed wrong somehow! - however it went over their heads and most of adults' dont realise what that song is about.

My kids have also grown up listening to Prince, I do edit which songs tho! scarlet pussy isnt played in the car - much - only kidding.

Im not sure about 3, 4 year olds tho. They like catchy jumpy music, thats simplistic ...

oh wait a minute - thats not true - thats just what the british music industry has been churning out for years and led us all to think!!!

Go Ahead play them get off theyll just think its about getting off the slide or something anyhows and chances are their parents wont know the difference!

My sons fave song he learnt at school is:

teacher teacher show me your underwear, is it white is it blue oh my god its dynamite - or something like that!! I cant remember it all

dont take my advice - i feel warped today!

Putting someone in the back seat and drivin' 'em to Tennessee probably isn't kid friendly, either.

I can just see some tot going home and singing that...and the parents all eek

children love "Wedding Feast," seriously.

in my experience, if you play it for them once, you have to play it 12 times! lol

And at what point in the proceedings do the adults in the room want to bash their brains out? lol

Shouldn't the parents just be happy that the kids are occupied?

I always am.

Their own, of course. I would never advocate the other...in public. lurking

I used listening discretion as they got older, but I watched my kids...and took notice to them tuning into the music...overtop of their cartoons...every day...

Try..."Play in the Sunshine" that should get them dancing.

Hi all

I am laughing out loud reading this thinking of my two kids in the car singing to all the prince songs i play, as others have said i try to only play appropriate songs but the trouble is my little girl 4 half yrs old likes the wrong ones.
I would die for you
Head yes i said Head
Do me baby
Cream (She asked me what it was) eek
She knows what song comes next on what album and shouts at me when i skip it. I have tried. She goes into school singing i would die for you, darling if you want me too. It is one of her favs.
Now my 2 yr old sings Purple Rain Purple Rain and tells me when we get in the car "Favourite song on mummy"

I can only hope i am not damaging my poor children too much (ha ha ha)

They do not fully understand the words THANKFULLY

Just wanted to share with you.
