Prince on SNL? Has anyone heard anything about Prince being on Saturday Night Live this weekend (or the next)?
A friend of mine excitedly told me (as the biggest Prince fan he knows) that he heard Prince was gonna be on SNL. I checked the SNL site and they list Mariah Carey as the musical guest this weekend (wasn't she just on?). If this is just B.S. I'm about to throw down with somebody! post-coachella, he doesn't really have anything to promote. 99% of the time, that's why someone is a musical guest on SNL, because they're hawking a new album or tour. | |

Mariah was already on it a few weeks ago. There's not a new episode until 10th May so it's just repeats until then.
My Morning Jacket are the musical guests for the next new one. No confirmation for the Steve Carrell episode scheduled for 17th May yet. | |
