I used to be pro internet freedom until I found out that the massive amounts of unauthorized material on artists actually prevents new material being published. It is sad that we cannot get a new DVD of old vids produced because some people would throw it up on the internet the hour after they got it.

What we need is a moritorium on posting materials until agreements can be made with sites,artists,and the fans on when material can be posted,what types of materials can be posted ,and who profits on materials posted online.

New legislation needs to be passed, and enforced; for my website I can easily instantly track each and every visitor to my site, know exactly where they are at, what computer they have, what operating system and screen resolution! It can be easily done.

Some people will throw out bullshit and smokescreens about tattoos on their ass and YouTube baby, but the reality is that no one of that nature has ever been sued because there are no grounds, but advocacy groups surreptitiously take on these causes and foot the bill for the likes of YouTube baby to draw attention and sympathy for their own causes, such as Google.

Dayclear	There's a big article on Housequake that says that prince did not have the right to make youtube take creep down because it is not his song so radiohead demanded it be put back up and it IS!
