Literally two seconds ago I was watching a video of the Coachella show on [Do not name site snip - luv4u], and not 2 seconds later did everything get pulled down.

I can't believe this. This is a live show, how can they enforce this?????

it gets pulled cause 2 many people keep opening their mouths saying oh it's on youtube ..if u don't think the websherrifs have stopped monitering the org and other places ..well there's ur answer shit gets pulled.

so in the future ..keep the mouths closed and spread the word not in the forums and only 2 those that can keep their mouth shut

Answer is simple:

Fans with big mouths spread the word about new videos on Youtube.

Spies run off and tell Web Sheriff to remove the content.

The larger the mouth.... the bigger the idiot.

It's silly to think that Web Sheriff doesn't check YouTube with or without any comment from orgers. None of the discussion on here sped up those videos' removal.

well, websheriff probably managed to give just enough time to the bootleggers who are savvy enough to save youtube content to their hard drives and then reformat it into a crappy quality "teh prince of coachella lolz" bootleg DVD that will be shuffled around for ridiculous prices. rock!

Well, you can download Youtube videos in high quality, and many of the clips had great quality sound. You could feel the power of the performance just from those clips. I managed to grab the entire concert except the full version of Musicology (have a clip only), and I am missing the Angel song and U Got the Look. Easy enough to put a nice little DVD together for my own "personal" viewing purposes.

Besides... does NPG Records REALLY own the material shot by others at the Coachella Festival? I'd say no.

what if a person posted a video of prince on youtube, or say redtube LOL or dailymotion of one of these songs that just got ripped off but named it "peanutButter" but spelled it backwards so it was hard to find. thats crazy... i bet no one is crazy enough since January to see if this works and then not share it with everyone... what if when this guy posts this certain video he were to come here and ask a trivial question in which the only proper answer is "Ingrid Chavez" thereby tipping everyone that the video or videos were posted. I mean someone could say use youtubedownloader 3.11 to copy them for their own if they had say, 31 hour and 21 minutes to do so. How come no one ever thought of that... or at least posted a song on youtube under a jibberish name and saw it stay there for about 4 months.

this is purely hypothetical... i mean spell peanutbutter backwards and you will see there are no prince vids... nobody thought of this yet?

Hmm I bet then those alledged videos have not been posted on youtube and have not been sitting there unseen for 5 months, 13 days, 15 hours.. jjjuuuuussst sitting there. unseen by anyone, sort of as a test to see if they find these things by viewing each and every single video... i mean what if they say started the video with say, ribs being grilled to throw them off then exactly 17 seconds into the video the REAL video starts.... i wonder if anyone is crazy enough to do that...
