Okay, we've got a couple close guesses, but nothing spot on.
The outfit WAS unique and fit him PERFECTLY! 
Overall white w/ metallic trim and lots of bling...no suit. (God loves me!!) Stunning! Lottielooloo guessed closest shirt wise Andykeen was also a near miss.
I know so many think this is a bore, but I find it fun!
