Wha? There's a video for Automatic? Damn, where do you people FIND these videos? I can track down nearly any song I ever want to hear in a matter of a couple of hours, if not minutes, but I'll be damned if I can find copies of his videos.

The Automatic video is pure hilarity. I love the way Prince moves in that video, all slow, just like a cat. And Lisa and Jill behind the keyboards, rolling their eyes at each other, pure sex. I wont give away the rest of it.

It exists. I don't remember the content in its entirety, but what I do remember fits the lyrical content of the song.

I was just jammin to this song and thought this has got to be the best video ever!! This shows the ultimate funk that was and is in Prince. This is the one that grabbed me and made me a fan.

If you have not seen this video- find a copy and check it out. Slow moving funk--bandana in hair with police hat on and wild bondage scene.

I remember MTV used to show this allthe time about 10 - 15 years ago. They need to do another Prince weekend and play all of his videos again. Some of the old Vids are the best!

Along the same line. Probably the next best jam was the 1983 fist ave when he did a great Automatic jam and the best DMSR long jam I've ever seen. OMG---he was off the cuff!!!
