SNL Prince Album Used Okay in the opening of any newer SNL, after they say Bill Spader,seconds after you see the guy holding the keg, and BEFORE they show Daryl Hammond.... there is a shot of a turntable and someone cueing an album up... guess which one it is...
prince's 1999 album my wife, who was 6 at the time 1999 came out didn't believe me. My 1999 album was inches away tucked in between two books on my bookshelf. I whipped it out and showed it to her... the album label with prince's eye in the middle of it.... its actually easier to see in play mode rather than frame by frame. I may have the jelly 4 ur peanut butta but u got 31 hours and 21 minutes left. | |

OK, how the hell did you spot that? I download all episodes of SNL (since no-one wants to broadcast it over here) so I just went to the latest episode. It's a blink and you miss purple blur on a record!
Fred Armisen is a massive Prince fan though as he said once on Conan O'Brien, hence his hilarious impression. | |
