I know that Prince wrote the, "UH-HUH!" Jingle for Pepsi. And I do like the whole song. It is the only jingle I am aware of...are there any other's?

Not for others - just his self=promotional pieces. For example, '2 Whom It May Concern' and a flash movie that streamed on the official site to promote the Music Club that was accompanied by music and 'NPGMC' as lyrics.
