cool I had decent seats for most of his concerts i've seen. The closes i have gotten was at one of his after show performances during the Lovesexy Tour. My sister & i were standing just a few inches from the stage. We were just in shock that we were actually their watching him up so close. Damn! I still get chills thinking about it. What a night that was. cool

3121 Las Vegas-2nd row from the stage behind where his stage crew was sitting and a row of his guitars.I would have liked to been on the side where he would walk out to .Oh well I was pretty close.Celebration 2002, I was in the 3rd row from the stage.

back in the 90s I was at the technical museum after show - short before the show startet at 4 in the morning, a friend of mine and I where standing at a table and having a beer - suddenly our man was standing just in front of us - the only thing between me an him was a table (about half a meter)

man - I was that nervous - couldn't say anything ...

but will never forget these moments

On stage during the Tamar show in Chicago. The audience 'helped' me get up onstage, it was about 6 feet high, I fell at his feet. It was really funny.

I danced next to him and when he said, 'Anyone here know about the quake?' I got to shout 'We do!'

Strange thing about being a celebrity, all these fans who got onstage kept putting their grubby mitts on the man. I can't fathom what it would be like to be thought of as 'public owned' heck, I would be paranoid too!

I thought I'd be nervous but dancing next to him, it was really peaceful. It was like watching a artist paint, he was really into his guitar and he probably didn't even notice all those people putting their hands on him. I felt protective of him. We are the same height. He is beautiful upclose, I mean supremely gorgeous. And we know there isn't any airbrushing in person!

I got his pick and when I floated offstage, I gently touched the Hohner.

Side story: I met this lady in line and she was asking me if only skinny girls get picked to dance and I said, 'Heck no!' She said that she had been a fan a long time and it was her dream to get onstage. Well, when the twins came over to pick people to get up onstage and dance, I pushed her forward and pointed at her and said 'Her Her Her'. They picked her.

So when I got up onstage we ran into each other in front of Coras drum kit and got all happy and high fivey.

He is generous. It means alot to people to get up there and somehow be a part of the show. Its alot of fun, very life affirming and I swear I lost 5 lbs. that night!
Love wins. (Seen on bumpersticker)

LoveSexy - up high

Jam of the Year - Up high (that;s what you get for letting folks get the tickets)

Celebration Rainbow Children - On the Side mid range

Celebration (paisley Park) - Up front the whole time ... held Erykah Badu's hand

Musicology - 4th ROW baby...That is how you buy tickets

7-7-07 - Up high - Wife forgot to order my tickets...I still love her though

3121 Vega - He canceled the show I had tickets to....

Can anyone find the pictures from Musicology concert in Mpls? I could have sworn I saw some on here before.

At the 3121 jazz club in Vegas, put my hand on his shoulder and said, "Great job." He is very tiny, but has a large head!

Oct. 20, 2000 -- Paisley Park Love4OneAnother / NPG Music Club room. About 7 feet away from Prince. Never forget it -- 45 minutes of an acid-jazz fusion of "The Ride" with four guitars, Rhonda on stand-up bass, and Najee, and during (I would say) "the climax" -- video of fireworks exploding on a screen behind Prince as he was whaling on guitar. It was like as if it was timed or something.

Well, this is the embarassing part, a big security guy gently pushed me away, and Prince was gone. It was just a hand to the shoulder, I didn't try to hump him lol
