Some of my favorite Prince songs are ones where a particular image comes to mind:

Prince's soul truly shows in the music. The music itself seems like true poetry that can't be described in lyrics. At the same time, his lyrics are just as poetic as the music itself.

During his performance of Te Amo Corazon at the Brit Awards and in the video for "Somewhere here on Earth," the music is as beautiful as the visuals that come with it. His motions are so fluid that he himself appears to be a work of art. The first 30 seconds of the first performance is simply breath-taking and this screenshot says it all.



His falsetto in "The One" inspired me to write this thread in the first place. It's beauty that can scarcely be up into words. It's as smooth as silk and shows so much emotion. It's powerful, yet delicate.

And I've always believed that Prince has had an air of beauty and mystery that surrounded him. That's part of the reason why I'd grown to him like him in the first place. Long before I noticed what a fox he is, it was his aura that made him special

Prince does possess a rare beauty, almost hypnotic, at times!
2 me, he sings with the voice of an angel....I am 'touched' by his vocals, over n' over again!! Beautiful.....

The Greatest Romance Ever Sold

this song is often overlooked (among others on Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic because of the supposed subpar material overruns it).

The video & the song is beauty almost beyond compare

His vocals here are so delicate, but so full of emotion.
Not to mention that the lyrics are gorgeous.
