I was shopping last night, and "When Doves Cry" came on over the loudspeaker - the whole album version, by the way, to the last note! I danced up and down the aisles, singing. Do you guys love it when you hear Prince unexpectedly in a public place, even if it's a song you're sick of?

Sure. In the supermarket just around the corner they ply Purple Rain. The whole album version.

Yes I LOVE IT!!! Like I remember when they played unexpectedly : Lady Cab Driver & The Walk full versions while I was in school. My teacher had this old radio station on called B96 (Minneapolis). The radio station is now only played out top 40 songs, but at the time it first came out, there were some Prince freaks owning that station

I was in the supermarket & what came blaring over the loudspeakers but none other than John Denver's timeless classic "Rocky Mountain High". I was in the frozen food section lost in total bliss, they had to force me to leave the store..

I thought you were going to say you saw Prince in the supermarket.

Eye hearing Prince when eye go in2 a store, there's a feeling that comes over me that eye just cant explain.

Yes,and it happens alot. I'll walk into a store and all of a sudden either a Prince song,Shelia E song or Larry Graham song will play. I always start Bopping up and Down to the Beat and sometimes sing also.

I was eating out on Saturday and they played Money don't matter 2nite.

Also, I went to an after show party in London and they played some Prince music there.

"Thinkin About You" and "Soul Santuary" in August Max Woman

"Every Day is a Winding Road" in The Naturalizer (shoe store)

Of course u hear "When Doves Cry" and all that all the time...
