just had a mushy prince moment... was driving just now and playing a cd i made of some sott rehearsal takes  and some other  stuff . played it's gonna be a beautiful night ("lying sack of shit, scummy dirtbag bii-itch, vegas!   ), housequake (), hot thing ( ) and play in the sunshine (). i haven't played the actual sott album in the longest, but it is my favorite album EVER! somewhere during play in the sunshine, it hit me like, this has got to be some of the est music ever made (by prince, by anyone) and reminded me why i favored that album (and prince's music altogether, for that matter) so much    . anyone else have any moments like that and why? what song/album? I just can't answer your question because I have that feeling with quite a lot of albums/songs of him. The question of U, I don't know how being high feels like but I guess I could compare it with that. The guitar makes me feel high and after years of not hearing it, I feel  instantly | |

Couldn't agree more. Every time I hear that guitar solo, I close my eyes and take a deep long breath - it is orgasmic  The live version from Tokyo is my favorite live set of Prince - he's so naughty  so, what is the answer 2 the question of U | |

yes.. SOTT is my favorite album as well .. as i needed Kleenex in the other thread cause i broke down why i loved 'If I Was Your Girlfriend' .. Prince had great inspiration writing this album .. | |

The Question of U is my jam. I just have to be still and totally listen to the music because it really is a touching piece. And whenever I get married, that's going to be another song the DJ will HAVE to play. And I love it live from Tokyo. He is the "electric man" LOL! I love a Man who:
