A Purple Anniversary. April 9th 1983
Happy 25 years...Of the day we met...I adore U. My heart has overflowed with poetry...over the years, cuz u just make a girl feel that way...I'll problably go walking on the beach today and reflect on this memory...that I have carried with me...and always will. Thank you...for being a part of my life.

I'll tell u guyz one other Prince memory...2 years later at the "Purple Rain" show...It was either December 5th or 6th...I had After show backstage passes...

I went into soundcheck...And Prince walked on stage and began tinkering around on the piano....I was alone at the height of the second floor, at the far end of the Colleseum, below the box'd seats...nosebleedz if u will, for an empty room.

And I sat down in a seat...And watch Prince play a little something, I do not remember what song He was warming up 2...and then Prince has a little purple fit for some reason....
...And Prince kicked his piano bench backwards from underneath him about fourteen feet...I thought it was the funniest thing I ever saw in my life.
