Does anyone think this is written about P ?

I'm not sure if there is another thread about this... but
everytime I hear this song, it makes me think it was written about P.

Funkier Than A Mosquito's Tweeter

You're nothing but a dirty dirty old man
You do your thinkin with a one track mind
Keep talking 'bout heaven's glory
But on your face is a different story

Clean up your act, your story's gettin dusty
Wash out your mouth, your lies are getting rusty
Can't believe nothin you say
'Cause I'm around and I see what you do
You know you're funkier than a mosquito's tweeter
You got a mouth like a herd of bowl weevers
Same old thing same old game
You never change
Always rappin 'bout the same old thing

Blowing minds is a thing of the past
You blew your chance, that's why you'll never last
You wanna be a graduated lover
But in reality you're just another brother
You think you're slick but you could stand a lot of greasin'
The things you do ain't never really pleasin'

Why in the world would that be about Prince? The person that wrote it needs to seriously go back to school, it's bad. confused

the fact he/she choose "rappin" over "singin" leads me to believe it isnt about P...
chill..prince doesnt like men being front row, makes it hard to sing the ballads

This is a song from Nikka Costa. And why would that be about Prince?! He actually played guitar on a couple of songs on this album.

It has absolutely nothing to do with Prince

The song was covered by Nikka Costa

It was written by Tina Turner (Aillene Bullock) whilst Prince was still at school

The lyrics that Nikka Costa uses are shortened version of the original song
ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.
