I was at the used record store yesterday and found this yellow vinyl for 5 bucks. I know that this item sells for very expensive on UK websites but how much is this vinyl worth in the books?

Let's just say when I bought mine on E-bay last year it was more than $5

I didn't even get the original sleeve, let alone all the cool stuff that came with it. It's still a great record.

The only reason that I bought this vinyl is because I thought that this version of Sexy MF was going to be longer than the album version since there were two sides of this song on the vinyl and I had always thought that Sexy MF was a short song as far as timing. So when I saw the extended grooves on the vinyl itself, I was like "I better get this before someone else grabs it...as many Prince fans as there are out there" and the clerk didnt have a record player so there was no way to hear it before I made the purchase. How much did you pay for your copy, may I ask?

Rare records and CDs and things are nice, but these days if you have a friend who works for Disc Makers or something, or if you buy a cheap press machine, you could just make an exact replica!
