Am I the only poster that loved this movie?
I know that a lot of people don't like it, but I thought it had great music and was entertaining. Loved seeing Mavis Staples and George Clinton's scenes again.  | |

I caught a bit of this too while flipping channels during the NCAA game breaks. My friends gave me so much shit about it wasn't even funny. All my work to defend the guy's genius over the years all went right out the window after 3 minutes of this dumb ass movie. | |

One of my friends saw it a few weeks ago when they showed UTCM and GB, I think, (I don't know how much of it she actually watched) and failed to see the horrendous-ness of it. I was expecting to get killed the next day at school. But she just said "They had Prince movies on fuse yesterday. You like that right?, Purple Rain and stuff" Big sigh of relief. | |
