Concert on Mtv in '92/'93 - Symbol album

One evening I turned on the TV and a Prince concert was on...I remember Tony M. was there and the stage was real small, like they were in a club or something. I remember at the end he smashed his yellow cloud guitar on the ground...Does any of this sound similar to anyone?

There was also a late concert on ABC I think around the same time (maybe earler but same album) and he was wearing yellow and had a half-face mask on like the opera.

I thought that was Sacrifice....Was that the end of "Prince" or the current NPG line up or something?????

That is the one thing I remember about the ABC special...the one song and it wasn't that good....

Yep, we're talking about 2 different things here.

The 2nd part of the ABC TV Special, 'The Ryde Dyvine' (Dec,1992), and the 'The Sacrifice Of Victor' (Jan.1994), which was the Act II tour final night aftershow at Bagley's Warehouse in London (08/09/93), where Prince 'died' and 'prince' was born - released on VHS at the time and shown on MTV.

Sacrifice was pretty much a straight up concert film, and The Ryde Dyvine was a TV special feat. Prince and associated artists from the time, presented by Troy Breyer.
