Just desire to hear the Prince kiss-off song to his fans, I recall listening to it on some website, but forget where, can anyone help me, thought the song was fantastic. I doubt it will ever get an official release?

I think the spoken overdubs -- especially the ones making reference to Org topics -- are definitely aimed at his fans.

And, I think the timing of the song's release serves as a kiss-off, too. But, I think Prince's original point for recording that song (whenever he originally did) had little to do with his fans.
