Minneapolis

I'm so excited: I'm going 2 Minneapolis next august: despite the First Avenue (I'm sure I'll have a strange feeling, as knowing all the shows that were held there!!) and Paisley Park (can it be visited?), what can be seen in the city?

Paisley Park is not open to the public. But you can park your car on the street (Audubon boulevard) and walk around it. wink

Oh, have fun. I so enjoyed going to Minnie City for the celebration 2000. I had fun at Paisley Park. Go to the Mall of the Americans. I heard that the mall was cool...I was so excited about the concerts at PP that I didn't go to the mall.... lol lol lol

Minneapolis is more than just Mary Tyler Moore and Prince. We have:

1. Walker Art Center. One of our hottest spots in town..IMO
2. Bryant Lake Bowl. Again, this is a hot spot and some times a few stars come hang out.
3. Bellanote. Is located in our prime warehouse district. These a cool spot to hang out and enjoy a good meal. Also, some of the Timberwolves, Twins, and Vikings players come down for a bite to eat. And I can't forget the Minnesota Wild players, as well.

If you are into history, like I am. We have:

4. The Indian Mounds Park.
5. The St. Paul Gangster Tour

Trust me, there is tons of stuff to do in Minneapolis/St.Paul. I hope that you have a great time in my lovely city. I love Minneapolis. I would never leave. Not in a million years.

Listen, I do agree with you. When I went to Minnie city, it felt like the town I was raised in. However, I can't help it, when I think of Minneapolis, I want to see Prince. I just pray that he stays here in Los Angeles and get more into the various music scenes here.
