The Hard Life (A Short Film made by Prince in 1987) I heard that Prince made a short film in 1987 entitled, 'The Hard Life'. Is this true??
What was the storyline about? Who was in the cast? Why was it never released? | |

Film school is over-rated anyway. They just teach u how to b pretentious and take any love out of you that u might have had for your chosen discipline. ------------------------------

Lawd ... sadly i own this ...  cant believe it came from Prince  ... i think it falls under the saying: its so stupid its funny ... SERIOUSLY ... this would melt critic stars ... :p

Ummm, the reason why it wasn't released is that it sucks. Give Prince a break on this one. If he wanted you to see it he would have released it. To bitch about the quality of something he didn't want you to see originally is pretty lame.
On the other hand, it is understandable why it was never put out. | |
