I'm still trying to figure out just what I think it means, but maybe its not supposed to mean anything at all It started out as an nameless instrumental piece Prince had played in concert a few times

It shows the inner beauty of what its like 2b in love

I'm not much into instrumentals but this song grabs me. The music is so divine and it fits PERFECTLY with Parade. I feel like I'm caught up in a trip as I feel the same way throughout the album. Great song to focus on.

Venus the Milo and Alexa de Paris, 2 jewels from that period.

^Aye, it existed long before it's release on Parade - I get that, but it was never aired live.
It doesn't even say that in the HQ discography - which is why I asked why you stated it had.

It's nice. I read that Prince was never really satisfied with that album, I was surprised.

No, but seriously, it's definitely a beautiful little piece! Yeah, instrumentals aren't always my thing either and it's not easy to compose a good piece, but P knows how to do it.

parade just recently has been getting a lot of play from it's an album where I love every song.

I do think it could have been even better if he had kept Sexual Suicide, Old Friends 4 Sale and All My Dreams and also included Alexa De Paris.

In Fact my two favorite Parade era tracks are All My Dreams And Alexa De Paris.
