Q about Prince and Wendy and Lisa I'm one who constantly says W&L don't get their due. I love their contributions to Prince's music and definitely see a deficit in his music between their "departure" and the Planet Earth project.
That said, I'm listening to "Skeleton Key." And, I'm wondering: Is that Prince on the bass? Did he ever ghost on their albums, as rumor has it he has on Nikka's? And, if so, what tracks and what parts? If all of this is misplaced admiration, all apologies to Wendy, who very well could be killin' that bass. She definitely does on other tracks.

I doubt he worked with them in 1990, he sounded kinda cooled off to them in the 1990 Rolling Stone interview.

Also, the Eroica album was their first for a new label and was a deliberately "non-Minneapolis" sounding album compared to their previous album... it just doesn't really fit to me that Prince would have been involved.
