Prince ha sa religious mentality at times. People think we are facing the end of The World. Prince wrote 1999 with 2000 being the end. According to mystiv s he's close. But he had the weird recording after Darling Nikki that played backwards says(Don't worry he's coming(Jesus).". There's this whole Dawn thing that's a key pieve of his mythology. Then there's Seven which is supposedly about Rbeblation and The ENd Of The WOrld. Do you think he's trying to be a prophet and really believes the world is ending?

I believe that we all have the notion that if poverty, racism, and ignorance in the heart of man, would end...The World as we know it would end also..

If the seven deadly sins would die in each one of us...The Everlasting Now would be the paradise society we all long for on earth.

Prince prays like the rest of us and Prince's music has been trying to chase away the dark cloudz...all along..Moreso than being a prophet...I believe that an evangelistic approach to music is the nature of Prince. I understand the controversy...However, People are real people and sexuality within, doesn't go away just because you cling to a religious name.

Prince is a genius for feeding so many levels of the human spirit. Prince can lead a horse to water...that's all any of us can do...as we walk as the body of humanity...or dance...toward a more fruitful kingdom...Peace Love and Happiness.

He knows what sells. Not trying to be a prophet.
Singing about having a huge ass party before the end of the world is a cool thing.
And having these numbers that may very well have no meaning to you keeps people talking and wondering.

There are toxins, deseases, storms, Satellites that have to be shot down because they fall for some reason, polluted water and air, the earth can't survive this forever. Thats why there are many movies covering the same subject. When is the question. And Yes i too say that Jesus is coming, in fact i KNOW that JESUS is COMING!!
