Last Revolution Gig?

I read somewhere that Prince smashed one his guitars at this show. I was wondering if someone here saw it? Was it a good show? I could imagine it'd be kinda awkward knowing the band was breaking up, but doing a show anyway. I just want some details on this, it seems like it'd be pretty epic.

Wendy said that Prince 'broke all his guitar strings during 'Purple Rain' and walked off.' I'll be surprised if anyone did attend the show here as it was at the Yokohama Stadium in Japan. There is a recording of the show which circulates as a bootleg. All I can say is that it's pretty good although the encore of 'Sometimes It Snows In April' isn't on it I don't think. Wendy adds that during the encore (the Revolution) '...all felt this incredible power on stage. It was almost heartbreaking.'
