I know that this may spark off a whole wave of emotions, but I honestly feel as though Prince is now a has-been, grabbing onto any opportunity now in order 2 make money, forfeiting his integrity, his personal beleifs, his convictions all for the sake of making a fast buck or 2!!!

I really miss the good old days where he was the ultimate enigma, who had pure Spiritual mystique and Angelic Heavenly Aura!! And he made the music 2 go with it!! Pure, raw, unadulterated Spiritual funk and rock that was totally unmatched by any other!!

Now 2 me, he is anything but Heavenly and Spiritual!! I used 2 think he was one of Gods Angels sent 2 earth 2 give us all enjoyment and at the same time show us a way 2 live, both spiritually and sexually!!

Now, all he wants 2 do is perform at celeb and corporate events like birthday parties, Oscar bashes, and award shows and mix with celebs who have multimillion dollar bank accounts and immerse himself totally in with Hollywood!! And also think up ways of ripping his fans off with sub-standard UNspiritual music!!

I really wish he would leave all that behind and turn his back on all that shit and return back 2 Minneapolis, and recluse himself off and get back 2 his roots, spiritually, sexually and musically and reconnect back with all things Heavenly and Godly!!!!

But, alas, I dont think that will ever happen!!

Naw, he may be a has been in terms of his appeal to teens and young adults, but
not because of what you just posted up above.

He does basically whatever he dam well pleases most times, regardless of his fan base or good bussiness sence,...like he always has.

He could have all those remasters and repackaged CD's like most artist , or even licenced his music to samples or tv jingles,.....but he hasnt.

Now , i dont consider the Beatles ever becoming has-beens, but thats pretty low in what you'll do for money in my book.
