TC Ellis gets my vote,easily the worst! total shite (thankfully minimal Prince involvement).

Don't just vote Carmen off cause you don't like her.Her album is musically not that bad, mainly thanks to the first incarnation of the NPG.

Dale from Missing Persons had a Paisley Park album.

And so did this really crappy group Good Question.

And there was that black guy that died in a car accident i believe...
